We Understand Pennsylvania's Laws
Pennsylvania requires limited liability corporations (for profit and non-profit) to publish information about themselves when they are first established. These publishing requirements exist regardless of whether you are forming a domestic entity (a company originally formed in Pennsylvania) or a foreign entity (a company from another state that is requesting authorization to conduct business in Pennsylvania). The regulations surrounding these publications are contained in Pennsylvania's Laws. TS Associates staff strictly adheres to the policies and guidelines for legal publishing as determined by the Pennsylvania Department of State (PA DOS). Per PA laws, - "Publication of either the intent to file or the actual filing of Articles of Incorporation [Registration of Fictitious Name] [Certificate of Authority] must be made in two newspapers of general circulation, including a legal journal, if possible." - "A Guide To Business Registration In Pennsylvania"
