Each publisher will provide an Affidavit of Publication, containing the notice that was published, and listing the dates of publication in which the notice appeared.  These affidavits, notarized by an authorized representative of each newspapers' publisher, provide the evidence that you need to certify that your notice was published in accordance with state laws. These affidavits will be returned to you to be kept with your permanent business records.  In the event that the statutes require that these affidavits be filed with the state, we will perform the filing on your behalf and send you evidence of this filing.  Upon receipt of this evidence, the filing process is complete.
