In general, we need to have a copy of the document that you filed with the state. This provides all information that is required to be included in your legal notice. All other information, your name and contact information, can be provided on our Order Form.

Domestic companies are those that are initially formed in the state in which you are filing your documents. Foreign companies are those that were previously formed in another state, and that are now applying for authority to conduct business in the state in which you're submitting your filing. Publishing requirements for each type of company differ. TS Associates has published thousands of both domestic and foreign notices, and can assist you with either publication, ensuring that your notice is accurate and compliant with state statutes.

Each publisher will provide an Affidavit of Publication, containing the notice that was published, and listing the dates of publication in which the notice appeared. These affidavits, notarized by an authorized representative of each newspapers' publisher, provide the evidence that you need to certify that your notice was published in accordance with state laws. These affidavits will be returned to you to be kept with your permanent business records. In the event that the statutes require that these affidavits be filed with the state, we will perform the filing on your behalf and send you evidence of this filing. Upon receipt of this evidence, the filing process is complete.
